What you’ll achieve As an Inside Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions. You will:

• Be a technical advisor to the sales team and work cooperatively to help them fulfill and exceed their goals
• Recommend business solutions, products and services based on the client’s need
• Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions
• Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with proven sales skills to build on
