1. Monitoring Vendor Performance: Collaborate with the production team to gather and monitor vendor performance metrics, including volume, delivery time, and quality. Collaborate with the production team to establish agreed-upon actions to address issues with vendors and from vendors to the production team. Follow up on the agreed-upon actions between the vendor and the production team 2. Coordinate with production TS (Technical Support) and QS (Quality Control) to provide technical training for vendors. Identify quality issues and request additional training for vendors as needed. Monitor the effectiveness of training and the quality performance of vendors post-training. 3. Explore additional variants to be outsourced to vendors. Collaborate with the production team to compile a list of variants that need to be outsourced to vendors. Arrange training sessions for vendors on new variants. Follow up and request additional support from vendors to ensure successful performance with new variants. 4. Support seeking & onboarding vendor. 5. Offboarding vendor.Experience: Has 3 years of working experience in Partnership/Key Account Management etc. Good at interpersonal skills, strong teamwork. Integrity, passion, and can-do attitude.
