Core Responsibilities - Proposal Coordination

1. Technical Proposal Support: Provide installation and logistics technical content to commercial proposal team for integration into comprehensive project bids
2. Customer Technical Interface: Support sales team in technical discussions with customers regarding installation methodology, crane requirements, and project feasibility during pre-bid and negotiation phases
3. Internal Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with the company's regional sales, commercial team, product tech team, site delivery team and China HQ to align installation strategies with technical and commercial objectives
4. Risk & Opportunity Assessment: Identify technical risks and opportunities related to installation scope, providing input to commercial risk register and bid decision process

Other Responsibilities:

1. Participate in Crane & Installation Solutions, Transportation & Route Engineering, Technical Proposal Development.
2. Manage the technical interface with suppliers and the procurement process.
3. Leverages ongoing market monitoring, competitive analysis, and lessons learned to continuously refine technical strategies and proposals, ensuring cost-competitiveness and increasing project win rates

Job Requirements:

1. 7-10+ years of progressive experience in wind turbine installation & logistics pre-sales solution proposal.
2. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related major.
3. Participate in wind turbine projects, including component transport, site logistics, cranage operations, and erection methodology.
4. Demonstrable experience managing projects in Southeast Asian countries (e.g., Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia) will be a big plus.
5. Proficient in lifting engineering (capacity charts, load radius, rigging) will be a big plus.
6. Knowledgeable in oversized transport regulations and route surveying will be a big plus.
7. Business Fluency in English. And Mandarin will be a big plus.
