----YOUR ROLES----
Becoming a Senior Web Developer at Epinion, you are to lead our Digital Surveying team, who is responsible for developing a variety of functional and user-friendly online data capturing methods. You’ll also be steering the development of web applications and solutions, which require full-stack integration of front-end and back-end technologies, to deliver cohesive, seamless experiences across all of end-user touchpoints.
----YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES----
- Lead Digital Surveying team and ensure high and consistent quality delivery.
- Program complex logic, rich user-experience data capturing forms/surveys.
- Research and adopt new Web development techniques to enhance Digital Surveying capability and productivity.
- Coach and develop other team members.
- Collaborate with Technical leader, Data engineer and Graphic designer to solve problem.
- Participate in developing and maintaining existing Web applications and solutions.

- Have 3+ years of experience in general Web application programming.
- Have strong knowledge in different Web development libraries and frameworks.
- Proficient in UX/UI/Responsive Web Design and RESTful APIs.
- Have knowledge of Database and SQL.
- Familiar with DevOps practice (versioning, testing, deploying).
----CHARACTERISTICS----
- Leadership with high discipline and strong communication skills.
- High quality awareness with detail-orientation and great client-service mindset.
- Critical and logical thinking with integrated solution design mindset.
- Ambitious to learn and to grow.
- Team player with high commitment.
