- Daily operation for IT System and Infrastructure
- Works with external vendors who supply hardware, software, cloud services, or other IT products and services to solve daily issues of company’s IT daily operation.
- Daily IT supporting for JVL’s users
- Provides technical support and solutions to the business users, who are the internal customers of the IT department. The- IT team needs to understand the business needs and requirements, communicate effectively, and deliver quality service.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year as IT Supporting Role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- 3 years of Working Experience
- Have experience in Networking and Communication System
- Bachelor of Information Technology
- Have basis knowledge about:
+ Cloud Enviroment: Microsoft Azure
+ OS: Windows
+ ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365
+ Database: Microsoft SQL Server
- Integrity, enthusiasm, high commitment, teamwork spirit
- Communicate Level in English
- Communication skills
