- Conduct various training workshops and seminars as per Brand Education Curriculum for Brand Consultants, in line with Global direction, tailor-made to local needs.
- Analyze local training needs. Design solutions, deliver, and evaluate training solutions. Liaise with external organizations if needed to address gaps.
- Work and sell with consultants at counter level to ensure successful sell-through and maintain high standards of knowledge and performance to deliver on the Brand Experience.
- Prepare and control the training expense budgets, ensure budget is met.
- Prepare education calendars on a yearly basis and update when necessary and maintain training records.
- Work with the Sales Manager and Sales & Education Executives in developing selling strategies to increase productivity and improve service standards.
- Schedule regular in-store visits to evaluate customer service standards, selling skills and product knowledge of Counter Managers and Consultants.
- Sales performance and productivity & Service:
o To sell our product range and achieve retail sales targets set by the company through the Boutique Manager and Retail
o Coach Stylists/Cloud B where necessary and highlight training opportunities to Brand Manager/Retails to successfully achieve brand & channel team KPI’s
o Support and develop local Education Ambassador/Executive to have the necessary skills required to deliver Brand KPI’s
o Liaise with Global/Reg Education to create proper workshop and training scheme to establish and develop a standardized understanding & knowledge of JML Brands and Products across office and field team
o Lead by example through delivering exceptional customer service levels at all times
o Drive service standards through coaching/feedback and the execution of the Service Accreditation Program or creating a localized one applying for Vietnam
