Mô Tả Công Việc

Retail Project, Lease & Build:
• Support Assistant Retail Projects Manager (ARPM) to build and deliver Affiliate B&M distribution strategy and assists Brand General Manager in executing brand distribution strategies that are aligned with brand growth agenda.
• Support ARPM for the planning and own the responsibilities of delivery of the affiliate renovation and new door calendar for all brands, including distribution expansion opportunities.
• Support ARPM in identifying distribution expansion opportunities. Seeks guidance, review, and input from Country GM, Regional VPs and ARPM to negotiate counter/ store site selection with business partners • Develops and maintains retailer relationships in order for ELC to be prioritised for good locations. Support ARPM on negotiating for the best retailer terms and conditions including rental discount, TOS sharing, CAPEX support, etc.
• Works with brands, RDDC, IP and related Department / Function / Retailer to scope project requirements, budgets, project scheduling and provide technical expertise for design and cost optimization • Works with IP for negotiation and vendor selection process
• Applies Project Management Tools and work with related internal and external Stakeholders for on-time and on-cost delivery of multiple projects
• Troubleshoots construction including inspections, rectifications, and variations to deliver within budget and on time
• Manages post construction to complete all rectification works with vendors and projects closed-out on time • Ensure all costs are tracked and managed within approved budget
• Support ARPM in working with Legal, Law Firm, Retailers on establishment of necessary retailing licenses.

• Ability to relate with different stakeholders and enjoys the fast-paced retail environment and to manage multiple • Responsibilities
• Proactive in problem-solving and taking initiative to improve business. Demonstrated experience negotiating outcomes with retail/business partners
• Embraces change and adapts to new Company initiatives/directions with flexibility; switches between a retailer-specific view of the business and a more generic analysis of the business as a whole
• Be able to keep up to date on beauty industry, competitor landscape, market development and business trends
• Makes oneself available to the retailer and to colleagues – has a service mentality.
• This is both an operational and strategic role, with entrepreneurial approach needed. It requires someone with a hands on approach to business, strong perseverance, optimism, open-minded attitude, and agility to evolve in very fast business / competitive industry
