Responsibilities
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Schedule interviews, provide candidates with relevant information, and ensure a smooth interview process for all parties.
• Create and manage recruitment content for social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and company fanpages, to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Report progress and complete assigned tasks as directed by the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Enhance the candidate experience by promptly responding to inquiries, providing timely feedback.

Requirements
• Fluent in English.
• Eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about talent acquisition.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills, with an ability to create engaging content for recruitment.
