Responsibilities

• Coordinate with OSAT/packaging partners to define solutions, align requirements, and resolve technical issues.
• Manage overall packaging process, monitor yield, and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute reliability testing; analyze results and drive corrective actions.
• Lead products from engineering sample to qualification and mass production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule, quality, and cost targets.
• Prepare key technical documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in production engineering or hardware product.
• Solid understanding of:

+ Semiconductor packaging technologies (e.g. QFN, BGA, WLCSP, etc.)

+ Reliability testing methodologies and qualification standards

+ Mass production flow and yield management is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with external partners.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
