Job Description

• Lead and manage all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations—executed with utmost precision.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive our bold expansion in the fintech industry.
• Supervise audits and ensure full adherence to both domestic and international accounting standards, maintaining impeccable and secure financial records.
• Utilize data analysis to uncover valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and give the company a competitive edge.
• Engage in high-impact, innovative projects involving cutting-edge financial technologies and next-gen payment solutions where your expertise will stand out.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to a streamlined, adaptable accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Guarantee the timely and accurate submission of internal reports, ensuring consistency and reliability across all deliverables.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by Management or the Board of Directors to align with broader business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from top-tier institutions such as the Academy of Finance, National Economics University, or Vietnam University of Commerce.
• Strong foundation in numbers and finance; professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA (or equivalent) are a significant advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within the fintech or IT sectors.
• Highly adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities, identify trends, and proactively resolve issues.
• Strategic thinker who thrives on innovation and is not afraid to challenge conventional approaches.
• Proficient in English for effective professional communication.
• Holder of a Chief Accountant Certificate.
• Solid MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as FAST, MISA, etc.
