Job Description

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for mobile games, aligning with market trends and business objectives
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features and content updates based on user feedback, data, and strategic goals
• Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into detailed user stories and oversee feature implementation
• Manage live operations, including events, content updates, and releases, to maintain player engagement
• Track key performance metrics such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization, and make data-driven product decisions
• Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, UA, Design) to ensure successful game launches and post-launch campaigns
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience or completed training in a related role
• Basic understanding of game development and software testing methodologies
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems is a plus
• Previous game testing or QA experience is preferred, but not mandatory
