Job Description

• Application Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain high-performance web applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring optimal availability and responsiveness.
• Performance Tuning: Analyze system performance and implement improvements to reduce latency and enhance resource efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Create and manage test suites, conduct thorough code reviews, and uphold development standards.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments including DevOps, QA, and Product Management. Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall team success.
• System Architecture (Preferred): Knowledge of system architecture design is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software development with in-depth expertise in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, etc.), and frontend experience using Vue.js or React.js.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in object-oriented programming, familiar with design patterns, and able to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Technology Stack: Experience with Hibernate, JPA, RESTful APIs, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, JUnit, and databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Teamwork & Communication: Strong communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to lead and mentor developers.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
