Mô tả công việc
1/ General Administrative Tasks:
- Open and close the center punctually according to its operating hours.
- Manage supplies by placing orders as needed and support staff with document printing.
- Oversee assets within the center and coordinate any facility maintenance needs with the management team.
2/ Managing Prospects and Meetings:
- Assist and welcome visitors to the WSE center, connecting them with the appropriate team members.
- Collect and organize prospective student information, schedule meetings with Educational Consultants, and adhere to online program distribution policies.
- Enter details into the CRM system and assist students taking the Online Placement Test.
- Manage incoming calls and support the Coach team by logging lead information into the system.requests with the management team.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Shows intermediate English proficiency (WSE Level 8+).
- Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Skilled in computer use with solid inventory management abilities.
- Motivated by a passion for speaking English.
- Willing to work flexible shifts.
