More about the role & team

Market Data Governance is responsible for leading all data sourcing, procurement and governance to efficiently and effectively enable spend owners to maximize the value they receive from suppliers and ensure that Confluence negotiates appropriate and best-in-class license terms from leading data providers (e.g. Refinitiv, Morningstar, S&P, MSCI)

Beginning with demand management (working with Product Management) that drives supply analysis / strategy, supplier identification, sourcing, contract negotiation and data feed implementation.

Following contractual execution, the function will be responsible for market administration (Inventory Management, Spend Analysis, Invoice Reconciliation and Usage Reporting) and internal compliance to complex license terms; managing / understanding client usage across the enterprise relative to specific vendors, and ongoing supplier compliance, performance management and improvement

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

The Market Data Administrator will support the Global Head of Market Data Governance in Market Data Administration tasks :(Inventory Management, Spend and Savings Analysis, Invoice Reconciliation and Usage Reporting

You will be highly organized and detail oriented.

You will need good knowledge of market data / investment management industry.


You may have worked as a 'Market Data Analyst', 'Market Data Administrator', 'Administrator'.
