We are looking for the role of Chairman Assistant (General Counsel) with expertise in law specialization, especially in International Investment, Cross-border investment/Transactions, M&A, and corporate investment …This person will work long-term in Bangkok, Thailand, and regularly travel globally in business and directly report to the Chairman and Group BOD.

*** RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly anticipate the whole circle of Investment deals as a counselor/practitioner from deal sourcing, analysis and assessment, selection, deal diligence, negotiation, implementation, and follow-up afterward.
- Involve in the process of preparing and consulting procedures documents for investment activities and investment promotion.
- Preparing all legal records and documents, consulting - proposing the solutions and participating in the legal process, settling and handling arising issues and investment disputes.
- Be the main contact point to connect the partners, government agencies, and external organizations according to PA expertise under the direction of the Group Chairman.
- Research and update international law, especially relating to the law on investment, to help the Chairman and the GTV Group gain advantages in investment activities and prevent legal risks.
- Manage ad-hoc projects independently when needed.
- Assist in administrative assistant tasks when needed.
