To achieve the growth and development goal in the Banking industry, we seek the companionship of the Head of Treasury. The Head of Treasury will work and reside long-term in the assigned countries in the SEA Region with fluent English skills and directly report to the CEO and Group BOD.
Roles & Responsibilities: ● Develop, propose and implement the Master Treasury Strategies & plans consistently aligned with the Bank's overall strategy both in the mid-term and long-term as well as effectively improvise and customize in the short-term period. ● To effectively manage and oversee the functions and activities of the Treasury Department of the Bank by deploying appropriate resources. ● To manage, control and regulate effectively as also efficiently the Bank's funds and ensure that the liquidity position of the Bank is sound and optimally cost-effective as requirements of funds are readily met for ongoing operational and capital investment requirements; ● Develop and manage the implementation of trading/ investment strategies in both money and foreign currency markets to achieve the business goals of the entire Division. ● Ensure compliance with regulations and instructions of the Local Banking Law and Practice as well legal regulations related to Capital activities. ● Control financial risks related to market fluctuations and unstable economic situations for the Bank. ● Maintain an excellent working relationship with the investment community, credit rating agencies, inter-bank counterparties, government… ● Establish, and develop the whole Treasury Human capital efficiently. ● Put in place a system of policies and procedures that impose adequate control over treasury activities, and function in conjunction with various guidelines/policies on Market Risk, Corporate Credit, Corporate Investment, and Derivative policy of the Bank. ● Stay updated on industry’s trends and all external factors which potentially affect our Bank and consult with the CEO/BOD Group on the initiatives to maintain the Bank's competitive business advantage.

Requirements: ● Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Investment, Accounting, Management or Economics… is required. Higher Education or related professional certificates (CFA, CPA, ACCA, FRM,...) is preferred. ● 8 ++ years of progressive finance and strategy leadership experience, including at least 5 years of management-level experience in the banking sector (Head/ Director of Treasury, Deputy Head, etc.). Priority is given to candidates with knowledge of the banking system, financial instruments and tools, and the most optimal methods related to capital sources. ● Overall strategic mindset and strong leadership and excellent stakeholder management skills. ● Ability to build and develop good relationships with Financial Institutions/Investment Funds/Banks/State and Government Agencies. ● Have in-depth knowledge and experience in credit lending and treasury strategy. ● Understand relevant legal regulations and socio-economic situations related to Treasury activities and Banking activities. ● Proficient in English in negotiation, communication, and presentation.
