We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner with comprehensive technology experience in the banking sector. The successful candidate will work in HCM City.

********* Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Senior Product Owner establishes, develops, and manages products & services for SME banking, coordinating with the Sales Division to handle product development demand, hands-on daily work with the tech development team (scrum team).

- Product Strategy: understand the characteristics, needs, markets, competitive banking products ... of SME customer segments
- Collect/learn about the assumptions and sources of potential customers (leads) to understand the characteristics, needs, markets, competitive banking products ...
- Collecting, analyzing information about customers: operating, methodology, business plans, financial statements, .. to understand the characteristics and business model, customer's key success and risk factors and consult financial solutions for customers

***** Products Development:
- Standard Product and Service, package product, business program including deposit, credit, services, trade finance, foreign exchange, derivatives, and other products for SME business customers.
- Agile Product Development and Responsible for designing solutions according to customers' journey.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to develop new product feature requirements and enhancement plans.
- Draw up the solution delivery procedures to the customer, administer the solution delivery plan to the customer according to the designed process.
- Run daily scrums, manage product backlog, develop requirement documentation, manage support tickets and unblock barriers to progress for 1-2 squads.
- Facilitate daily stand ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews and drive sprints together with Scrum Master.
