We are looking for a Vietnamese Chief Operation Officer to be crucially responsible for ensuring the functionality of all banking operations and ensuring service excellence to drive extensive and sustainable growth. This position will work long-term in a designated country in Southeast Asia (except Vietnam), able to communicate fluently in English and report directly to the CEO and Vice Chairman.

***Responsibilities:
● Ensure all the operational functions are in accordance with the internal control policies and procedures of the Bank.
● Leading the Operations-Related Departments of the Bank, the COO is required to achieve targeted business performance by ensuring service excellence
● Developing and ensuring the implementation of organizational growth strategies
● Liaising between the organization and clients for the purpose of quality assurance
● Coordinate closely with CCRO and Risk Management and Compliance Officer to ensure that the operational functions of the bank are in line with updated directives and regulations guided by the Headquarters.
● Manage all operating budgets to ensure that the Bank has all the necessary resources to meet business, financial, technology, team development, etc.
● Providing the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to complete operations initiatives successfully.
● Reviewing operations on a regular basis to ensure that they meet required standards and recommending changes as needed.
● Support the CEO in Strategic Business Planning and execution in coordination with other Division Heads and participate in the Management Committee, Support the CEO and contribute towards corporate business decision making.
● Perform any other relevant duties assigned by CEO and Board committees.
