We are looking for a Vietnamese Head of Retail Banking who will be responsible for the overall direction, strategic planning, management and operations of Retail Banking. This position will work and reside long-term in the assigned country in the SEA Region (outside of Vietnam) with fluent English skills and directly reporting to our Bank's/Vice Chairman.

***Responsibilities:
● Assess market conditions then identify, develop, implement and monitor strategies related to the Retail Banking segment to maintain and develop the Bank's advantages and efficiency.
● Participate in developing products and policies to improve the service quality of Retail Banking to ensure competition in the market.
● Identify measurable business growth goals, processes and management measures.
● Contribute to the strategic and operational direction of the Bank’s executive management.
● Works towards the achievement of the Bank’s strategic objectives, working to balance short-term results with long-term sustainability.
● Establish clear and consistent management practices/ environment across the Bank to ensure an effective and cohesive management team.
● Management of syndication of clients both in-country and externally
● Networking in the market (local and internationally), lead generation for the various business teams under his/her supervision.
● Synergies with various departments in the bank, including Treasury and Corporate Banking.
● Staff management and development, including motivation and succession planning.
