Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Ho Chi Minh City. The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing all stages of the design process, including space planning, creating construction drawings, overseeing interior design specifications, and collaborating on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections. The role also involves working closely with clients and teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with project goals and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

✓ Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design

✓ At least 3- 4-year experience in a similar position

✓ Proven experience in office design and commercial design projects

✓ Excellent knowledge in design trends, materials and technical solutions

✓ Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and oversee various projects to meet deadlines

✓ Fluent English; proven leadership skill and responsibility manner in a high-pressure environment

✓ Discuss with clients to identify their needs and vibe

✓ Join project team to inspect existing site if necessary

✓ Develop aesthetic designs, from concept to detail and construction documentation that meets the clients' requirements, at the same time aligning and guaranteeing all the technical issues, clients' budget and project timeline

✓ Guide and check on the works of internal design team to guarantee the right and identical design idea / solution

✓ Manage the deployment of design solution and coordinate effectively with internal project team and ensure to deliver quality products to the clients, hence increase the rate of clients retention

✓ Present the designs with the clients and gain their interest in both aesthetic idea and technical solution

✓ Play as a quality-control role in the matter of material samples and mock-ups

✓ Author-supervise during the construction phase, in coordination with internal project team

✓ Update continuously about the design trends and solutions, hence propose innovative ideas to develop designs in the future

• Position Responsibility

✓ Develop a proper process for Design department and continuously upgrade the process on a quarterly basis

✓ Be responsible for assigning and quality-controlling jobs in Design department

✓ Manage and ensure a proper performance of each individual in the department; profession training

✓ Strongly support project team to convince clients and secure bids win

✓ Report to General Director about the performance of the department and propose solutions / ideas to resolve problems / develop company
