Quantity Surveyor Executive
- Job Position: Quantity Surveyor Executive
- Year of Experience: 2+ years
- Department: Quantity Surveyor
- Carefully study tender documents and other related docs to ensure a proper understanding about projects
- Deploy the design/ drawings into detailed bill of quantities, at the same time team-work and advise Design team on technical solutions if necessary; hence develop the project’s quotation
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Generate order plan for each project, strictly coordinate with Procurement and Construction team to ensure on-time delivery to site
- Ensure that the financial position of construction projects is accurately reported and controlled effectively
- Control construction quantity and oversee the projects’ completion status
- Continuously coordinate with Procurement team for the updated importing price, payment for subcontractors/suppliers; participate in proposing and choosing subcontractors/suppliers
- Join project team to inspect exitsting site if necessary
- Continuously update about the new materials and technical solutions in the industry
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Construction /Civil Engineer or related fields
- At least 2-year experience as a QS in construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry standards
- Strong understanding of office buildings
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and teamwork skills
- Being open-minded and responsible in a high-pressure environment are the must
