We are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer/ AI Engineer to join our team and work on developing an internal enterprise chatbot using GPT and LLaMA models. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the machine learning models used in the chatbot. You will also work closely with our software development team to integrate the models into the chatbot.

• Develop machine learning models using GPT and LLaMA models to power an internal enterprise chatbot.
• Collaborate with software development teams to integrate the models into the chatbot.
• Conduct experiments to optimize model performance and accuracy.
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for model improvement.
• Design and implement appropriate machine learning algorithms and architectures for the chatbot.
• Implement and optimize distributed training of large-scale models on clusters.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in machine learning, natural language processing, and conversational AI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models to enhance user experience, automate processes, and elevate decision-making in banking.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and execute AI opportunities across various banking functions.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for tasks including test generation, code generation.
• Champion AI ethics and data privacy best practices in model development.
• Develop API interfaces to interact with model endpoints
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements, ensuring our AI solutions remain at the forefront of industry innovation.

Must have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning or relavant positions (Data scientist, AI engineer, .etc).
• Proven experience in working with Generative AI models such as LLM (GPT-4, Llama2 OR Llama3 (must have), Gemini (Nice to have), Copilot (nice to have), Mistral model (nice to have)...
• Familiar with prompt engineering, model finetuning (LoRA, QLoRA, DoRA...); RAG, agent.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with AI frameworks
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex framework (Vector stores, LangGraph...)
• Experience in design and develop RESTful API, using Python or NodeJS.
• Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English communication

Nice to have

• Experience knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.
• Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models using GPT.
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, etc.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) with services such as AWS Sagemaker, Amazon Bedrock OR Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with data engineering
• Experience in building up end-to-end Machine Learning pipeline.
• Understand and experience in software development life cycle.

• 18 paid leaves/year (12 annual leaves and 6 personal leaves)
