We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Business Development Executiveto contribute to our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in various aspects of our business development initiatives.

• Conduct sourcing activities to identify potential clients and actively contribute to building a comprehensive client database.
• Proactively reach out to new clients to introduce DLancer’s services.
• Conduct pitching meetings with potential clients for partnership establishment.
• Conduct thorough research on job and freelancer market trends, and prepare periodic reports.
• Assume the role of an account manager in the onboarding process, ensuring client satisfaction through timely support and follow-ups.

• 1+ YoE in Sales/ Business Development (Freshers are welcomed, if you dare to take the challenge)
• Basic understanding of Blockchain-related concepts (if you’re an absolute beginner, you’ll have only 2 weeks to digest 50+ concepts and definitions)
• Bachelor of Business/ Economics.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Eager-to-learn, resilient, and challenge-oriented individual.
• Possess a data-oriented and customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
