1. PREPARING REPORTS:

• Preparingtax reports (VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax) on a quarterly and annual basis according to regulations. Prepare financial statements at the end of the fiscal year.
• Preparing operating budgets and monthly financial reports and provide detailed explanations as required by the Board of Directors.
• Preparingminutes, notices, detailed/summary internal reports if requested by the Board of Directors.

2. ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONAL:

• Collect and process information on time and accurately, and record data from detailed accountants and related departments.
• Check and account for arising operations. Check the balance between detailed and general accounting data, between books and documents.
• Control all payment documents, ensuring completeness, reasonableness, validity, legality and compliance with regulations.
• Control costs, advise/consult the Board of Directors on financial control...
• Statistics and synthesis of accounting data when required.

3. ORGANIZATION OF ACCOUNTING WORK:

• Managing general of debt for the entire company, ensuring monthly plan progress.
• Handling and accounting accounting operations.
• Supporting and coordinatingin handling arising accounting issues, controlling the application of documents and materials related to accounting work.
• Participatingin coordinating inspection and inventory work at the company.
• Managingthe system of documents and accounting books according to regulations.
• Recommendations and proposals to improve accounting methods and reporting regimes.
• Coordinatingthe development, organization, and standardization of processes, regulations, rules, forms... related to accounting activities.
• Evaluatingquarterly and annual performance results.
• Coaching, training and developing accounting personnel.
• Performing other tasks as requested and assigned by the Board of Directors.

• Graduated from University or higher majoring in Finance/Accounting/Auditing.
• Experience: From 02 years in a similar position.
• Proficient in using office information technology (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), especially accounting software.
• Experience working at companies in the information technology field is a plus.
• Master accounting expertise.
• Master the State's regimes and policies on accounting and corporate finance management.
• HavingChief accountant certificate is a plus.
• Having the ability to lead and cover the team's work well. Ability to check and evaluate work results, based on employee capabilities is a plus.
• Responsible, honest, careful, hard-working, enthusiastic about work.
