• Partner Reconciliation:Conduct accurate and timely reconciliation of transactions with partners, including revenue sharing and expense reimbursement.
• Payroll and Compensation:Calculate and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments. Manage employee benefits and bonuses.
• Cash Management:Maintain and manage company cash flow, including receiving payments, issuing checks, and managing bank accounts.
• Financial Reporting:Prepare monthly Profit and Loss (PnL) statements, analyze key financial metrics, and identify trends and areas for improvement.
• GA Top-up Requests:Prepare and submit requests for top-up funds on Google Analytics.
• Other Duties:As assigned by the CEO.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Misa).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• English Reading Comprehension is a must.

• Salary: Negotiate
• Probationary 100% salary. Review salary every year and increase salary as soon as you have excellent performance
• Fixed bonus 13 months salary and bonus for business performance according to profit sharing policy (total income can be up to 15 - 20 months salary).
