Work closely with the CTO and Vietnam Country Director to define and refine the digitalization strategy for Vietnam

• Work with the CTO to design an IT architecture that is flexible and scalable to meet current and future needs
• Lead and manage strategic IT projects across OneSky, with a priority for Vietnam, by applying the best practices, standards, and tools for project management and software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Create and maintain detailed project plans including scope, tasks, assignments, timelines, milestones, and estimates
• Monitor project progress, adjust risk management strategies, and take corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards
• Coordinate testing activities in relation to defect tracking, automations, integrations, user acceptance, requirement validation, and security
• Communicate updates on project strategy, adjustments, progress, schedule, metrics, and overall project health on a regular basis to stakeholders
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders (e.g. end users, vendors, project staff) to track project progress, resolve technical issues, and make timely decisions
• Support CTO and Vietnam Country Director in developing annual IT budgets for Vietnam and globally
• Support CTO and Global Head of MEAL in detailed design of data dashboards and platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or other related discipline is preferred
• A minimum of 3+ years working experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networking.
• PMP certification is an advantage
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and specifications. Familiarity with software requirements gathering techniques and documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical users and serve as a go-to between teams
• Proficiency in knowledge/project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Sharepoint or Planner, Clickup, Jira, or Trello
• Experience with OdooERP is a plus
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and assimilate new ideas efficiently
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is a must
