We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trainer for Consumer Electronics products. As a Senior Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to product knowledge and soft skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with the Head-quarter's training team to receive and communicate training information, new product launches, and NPI products.
- Act as the key person to master product knowledge and represent the Vietnam team in verifying and providing feedback on product information to the Head-quarter's training team.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify the specific training requirements for different individuals and teams.
- Design and develop appropriate training courses based on the identified needs, ensuring clear objectives and suitable course outlines.
- Collect and translate training documents into Vietnamese to deliver training to LG's members and dealers' field teams.
- Prepare content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, Q&A sessions, and complementary learning approaches to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop and deliver soft skill training courses, advanced sales skill training courses, and focus product training courses based on business demand and the company's capability development plan
