o Create SOP and Process (Checklist details – prices, delivery, quantity, style closure, color, pre-testing, etc… )/Best practices across teams/region to ensure synergy and standardization of production process
o Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate with vendor, product development team, quality ,PI and other stake holder for smooth flow of orders
o Conduct risk analysis meetings with factories with quality team to prevent any style call outs
o Review delivery and production issues/options with the merchants/designers as they arise and problem solve
o Understand clients businesses and operations to develop projects to improve efficiencies Assisting in implementing all risk policies and procedures
o Develop manufacturing time/action calendars that support the Business Units needs for speed-to-market; negotiate optimum time lines with suppliers and other supply chain partners
o Delivery of product to satisfy the KPI criteria of price-quality-delivery is successful
o Knowledge of product and strategic direction of the business and how to support with a sourcing supply chain
o Manage the team’s merchandising activities to ensure customer satisfaction
o Payment follow-up in case of delay from any customer
o Coordinate with customer on any shipping-related query until the goods are handed over as per agreed shipping terms
o Monitor KPI (On time delivery performance) and dashboard weekly
o Develop a solid trusting relationship with cross-functional teams, and vendors to build true partnerships
