Compliance Auditing & Follow Up
• Manage and organize factory audit and assessment programs, including social compliance, supply chain security compliance, environmental compliance, audit report reviews, monitor ESG KPIs and other related elements
• Lead the company improvement process and monitor and follow up on corrective action plan to ensure timely and correct execution to remediate fully the issues and prevent similar issues from happening in the future. Including reviewing with different departments and provide recommendations and respond to violations of rules and regulations to the relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct compliance, COC, incident investigation and environmental audits in factories and follow up compliance issues, including generating and compiling the report into the compliance system.

Stakeholders Support – Engagement, Advisory & Training
• Manage internal and external customer relationships to enhance customer service experience and ensure service quality and efficient operations
• Provide compliance advice and support to internal – vendor compliance, merchandising – and external stakeholders’ requirements for clear and comprehensive information to ensure enforcement of compliance standard.
• Educate suppliers/factories to build self-monitoring capacity on the implementation of a compliance program and on compliance standards and requirements
• Review complaints, concerns, or questions relative to compliance issues and provide consultative support for factories and brands as per customer's requirements
• Provide training, education or communication on company and customer standards, expectations, and requirements to vendors, factories, merchandising teams, internal team, customers and third parties following compliance program
• Develop and deliver local compliance training framework and trainings in coordination with global and local training team ensure constant internal knowledge management in line with changing regulatory requirements through training and communication

Regulatory & Compliance Standard & Information
• Collect information on international trade practices and regulations, labor ordinance, occupational health and safety and social responsibility laws, regulations, legislation, etc. and provide the compliance team the update of standards, expectations, and requirements
• Communicate compliance standards, expectations, and requirements to vendors, merchandising teams, customers, and third parties
• Monitor local regulatory changes in coordination with relevant SME networks and the local compliance team to ensure local requirements are adhered to and adequately mitigated

Compliance Program
• Assist the head of compliance in building and enhancing compliance program
• Support to plan, deliver and monitor delivery of the annual compliance program in coordination with global and other compliance teams
• Manage hub and local vendor compliance team to ensure the service quality, efficient operations, and harmony within the hub and local network
• Manage the reporting requirements and support effective management of reporting by supplying relevant management information and intelligence from multiple sources
• Promote and support the compliance program by working with business unit leaders to drive adherence through the definition of effective risk mitigation strategies, and the development, rollout, and maintenance of compliance policies and processes
• Coordinate and follow up compliance programs from customers with factories and suppliers to ensure it roll out to the completion
