Job Description:

• Overall management of brand activation programs in the company.
• Regulate and coordinate with agencies to implement activation, sampling, and roadshow programs
• Summarize assessments, and recommendations, and select solutions/quotes given by partners/suppliers to the company's requirements.
• Coordinate with functional departments in the company to implement the program as planned
• Project management from the planning stage, implementation, operating costs, and performance reporting.
• Manage the program's approved budget.

Requirement:

• 4 - 5 years of experience in the field of Promotion Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Shopper Marketing, preferably in the consumer goods, FMCG, Beverage, Nutrition, and Dairy/Milk industries (Milk is an advantage).
• Experience using data to analyze campaign performance. Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of consumers, data analysis skills, ability to multitask, and work under high pressure.
• Communication skills to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders such as marketing, sales, and other departments.
• Creativity: Gifts, Promotional Promotion Scheme, How to implement promotional activities.
• Coordination and execution skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork skills
• Be patient, careful, not afraid of difficulties, progressive always strive to contribute to the organization, and have a collective spirit for a common goal.
• Predict, advise, and monitor the planning and implementation of business plans.
