 Cash flow planning and manage (construction cost & related construction consultant fees
1.2. Value engineering (design & construction)
 Costing design option to focus on adding functional value in design stage.
 Value engineering: identify and propose technical solutions to save costs
2. Tender, contract work.
 Surveying & making request for proposal (RFP) to provide detailed technical and commercial proposal to evaluate and award the contract to the winning bidder.
 Propose related contracts complying with the FIDIC contract and revise contract when having change
3. Other tasks
 Prepare periodic reports on construction budget status
 Making reports/ presentations, etc.
 Other tasks assigned by CM director or manager.
