Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Korean Interpretation support.
‑ Responsible for translating various business-related documents.
‑ Attend at meetings and site activities where translation/interpretation is required and prepare site Minutes of Meeting
2. Construction management support.
‑ Support on checking quantity, unit price, quotation comparing, etc.
‑ Manage construction documents: organize, classify and store the documents for the easiest access.
‑ Prepare official documents to authorities and related partners.
‑ Manage contract: legal process, payment for team.
‑ Making reports/ presentations, etc.
3. Other tasks
‑ Performed of administrative procedures, assistant task.
‑ Other tasks assigned by Director or manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
‑ Bachelor’s degree in Korean language/Korean Studies, Construction or relevant field.
‑ Fluent Korean (TOPIK 5 or above or ability to work fluently in Korean with construction companies), basic communication in English (candidates who have studied or worked in Korea will be preferable).
‑ At least 3 years' relevant experience in Korean company (preferred company in real estate and construction field).
‑ Excellent in using Microsoft Offices (Excel, Word, PPT), business email writing, etc.
‑ Be able to both work independently and work in a team with high responsibility required.
‑ Fluent Korean (TOPIK 5 or above or ability to work fluently in Korean with construction companies), basic communication in English (candidates who have studied or worked in Korea will be preferable).
