Job description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our product strategy and define the future of innovation at Lutech. As the CPO, you will play a pivotal role in steering the long-term product strategy, building a high-performing and creative product team, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution. Working closely with the Board of Directors and cross-functional teams, you'll help bring breakthrough products to life, ensuring we deliver maximum value to our customers and the company.

Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy Direction: Build and lead the long-term product development strategy, from identifying market needs to deploying creative, groundbreaking products that are aligned with trends and customer demands.
• Team Management & Development: Build and lead a talented product team, fostering a creative, challenging work environment that encourages continuous innovation and drives the creative potential of every team member.
• Product Portfolio Management: Be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, development, and launch to optimization for maximum effectiveness.
• Performance Management & Optimization: Measure the effectiveness of products and new feature development through data. Analyze metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, and conversion to optimize products and enhance business performance.
• Release Planning: Work closely with the release management team to create detailed plans, collaborate with relevant departments, and ensure products are launched on time and meet quality standards.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the KPIs of campaigns and products. Analyze data to provide improvement suggestions, helping optimize products and development strategies.
• Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated on technology trends and analyze competitors to shape products with a competitive advantage. Develop strategies for improvement, growth, and market share expansion.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in product development (preferably in mobile apps) with at least 2 years in a leadership position (Head of Product, VP Product, CPO, etc.).
• Strategic & Business Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and build long-term product strategies.
• Product Management Experience: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, roadmap planning, and backlog management.
• Leadership & Communication Skills: Ability to work across departments, manage the product team, and drive innovation and performance.
• Passion for Technology & Mobile Apps: Stay updated on new trends and have the ability to apply technology to enhance product value.
• Based in Ha Noi.
