- Customer service, check-in, check-out
- Identify and attend to visitors' requirements when they stay over.
- Work with the another departments to resolve any issues that guests may have while they are staying at the hotel.
- At the conclusion of the shift, assign work shifts and collect the work handover book, which includes any furnishings, work done for guests, deposits, and money from the previous shift.
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by superiors.
- The interview will cover specifics of the position.
