Mô Tả Công Việc

1/HR (70%)
1.1 Talent Acquisition
- Forecast workforce needs. Make an annual headcount plan.
- Manage the recruit cycle: sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating qualified job candidates.
- Designs and oversees employee onboarding processes.

1.2 Employee Engagement & Retention
- Designs and oversees HR and organizational programs designed to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through various HR initiatives.
- Monitors the organization’s metrics on employee attitudes, turnover and retention, and other information about employee engagement and retention.

1.3 HR Metrics & Reporting
- Design and manage performance appraisal system and processes.
- Setting HR metrics to track key performance indicators.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance feedback and improvement plans.

1.4 Learning & Development
- Creates long-term organizational strategies to develop talent.
- Develop and deliver learning and development activities that close gaps in employees’ competencies and skills.
- Administers and supports programs to promote knowledge transfer.
- Develop, deliver, and evaluate effective learning and development programs.

1.5 Total rewards
- Cooperating with Leaders to design and oversee organizational compensation and benefits container philosophies, strategies, and plans.
- Implements appropriate pay, benefit, incentive, separation, and severance systems and programs.
- Re-evaluates the organization’s total rewards package regularly and adjusts as needed.

1.6 Compliance and Legal Requirements
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's practices align with them.
- Prepare reports and documentation for authorities and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

1.7 Others
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Team leaders (if any)

2. Administration (30%)
1.1 Office Operating
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
- Manage meeting room booking schedule and setup standards
- Organize weekly Happy Hour snacks/tea break
- Ensure all work activities are following operational, and standards.

1.2 Other departments support
- Take care of the company’s linked in and Facebook account, internal social website…
- Support preparing gifts for customers/partners (Mid-Autumn Festival, Lunar New Year, and events)
- Support purchasing of sales/marketing kit (File attachment, brochure, letterhead, envelopes, name card)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Female, University degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in HR & Admin roles
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or other related fields. HR Certification is a big plus.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law
• Have communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Be careful and timely at work.
• Have a cooperative spirit, and highly responsible and trustworthy.

*** WORKING HOURS:
• Monday to Friday (09h – 18h30; break from 12h30 - 14h00)
• Saturdays morning (09h00 - 12h30)
