The Clinical Applications Specialist (CAS) is responsible for product and application training for distributors’ application teams. The CAS works very closely with internal sales team and external partners (all distributors)’ sales teams to support for creating new customers or sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:• Product training for customers and business partners.• Establishing and managing KOL (key opinion leaders) relationships• Supporting researchers for academic collaboration.• Product demonstrations online, at congresses and on-site at hospitals• Acquire good product knowledge and keeping up-to-date with technological developments in the target sectors.• Setting up documentation for pre or post customer training, such as quick guides, presentations, tutorials, turning customer into power-users, etc.• Provide regular customer feedback to Head quarter’s application department.• Launching new product and technology, including field evaluation and internal training.• Managing the partners’ training and evaluation (Test and assessment)

Requirements:• Over 5 years work experience as clinical specialist.• Strong background in Ultrasound physics and applications. Strong knowledge and background in POC is preferred.• Excellent communication skills and ability to teach others.• Ability to create and present clinical /technical contents in English .• Pro-active, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills• Customer friendly and problem solving oriented, representative and responsible• Committed and showing initiative• Ability to work in a team environment.• Ability to travel over 50%
