Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and lifting our branding. Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Exceed annual sales targets.
Cultivate relationships with key accounts and drive brand loyalty.
Analyze market trends and competitor data to refine sales strategies.
Establish and maintain a strong sales and distribution network.
Collaborate with distributors to pursue key projects and tenders.
Ensure timely order collection and accurate forecasting.
Marketing
Support participation in industry conferences and exhibitions.
Develop targeted marketing plans in collaboration with the Line Manager.
Identify and penetrate potential key accounts.
Execute marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness.
Other Activities
Conduct product and sales training for distributors.
Prepare monthly work plans and detailed reports.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in biomedical or related field.
Minimum 3 years sales experience in ICU, OR business field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
