About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for you to work with a A leading technology – enabled business process outsourcing company to automotive industry based in Hanoi. We are looking for a Sales Trainer to work with a team in a variety of areas within our client's Automotive retail environment.

Non-Technical Trainer and Process Efficacy Coach (Sales)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Non-Technical Trainer

• Facilitate skills-building and training programs for Dealer Sales Manager, Sales Consultants and other Dealer team members as deemed necessary
• Assist team Manager with conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for Dealer Sales Personnel as needed
• Test and evaluate the results of the training programs and make recommendations for improvement as needed
• Consult with Dealer, Company and Academy Manager on training progress, issues, concerns as needed
• Recommend additional training and/or re-training as needed
• Prepare necessary reports
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Process Efficacy Coach

• Provide observation, coaching, and follow-up sessions to Dealership Team as needed to ensure transfer of learning on the job
• Provide in-Dealership training and personalized Coaching to Dealership Sales Management to assist their achievement of world-class service process and improved customer sales and after sales experience
• Understand Sales Team staff behavior – break down skills if appropriate, analyze skills shortfalls and know how to address them
• Motivate Sales Managers and Dealer Principals with enthusiasm to embrace change
• Make things happen
• Show an appropriate level of technical automotive retail knowledge with an appreciation for process efficacy and a capability to implement it where it is needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For:

Work Rights:

• Local citizen only

Education:

• College/University Graduate
• Preferably Engineering course

Experience:

Minimum 5 years direct experience in Automotive Industry in manufacturing or dealership setting

Preferably with experience as:

• Zone Manager
• Trainer
• Sales Manager

Skills & Competencies:

• Must be familiar with basic Commercial Car Sales procedures and practices
• Experience in Automotive coaching and training delivery
• Have experience in working with discipline and clearly defined standards
• Has knowledge and experience in Change Management
• Have a valid driving license
• Willing to travel regularly to deliver coaching and training at dealers in Vietnam

Computer skills:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications
