Mô Tả Công Việc

1. HR Admin task:
- Manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed;
- Ensuring office always in nicely and tiny way.
- Provide administrative support including travel arrangements, flight reservation, hotel accommodation for employees' travelling;
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including managing drivers, cleaners, meals, security, shuttle bus/car/taxi arrangement...;
- Monitor office administrative costs and apply before the payment deadline;
- Coordinate with HR specialist and Labor union in organizing employee’s engagement/company events and festival celebrations execution for company activities: Birthdays, Company trip, year end party, team building, ...;
- To ensure all admin cost are using in reasonable and effective way.
- Preparing monthly reports on time to submit to HR & Branding manager.
- Other admin tasks as assigned.


2. Branding/Marketing assistant:
- Support HR & Branding Manager to launch HR communication with innovation & inspiration (e.g. Communication announcement, TV, Recognition corner, notice board...)
- Make sure all Nefab Vietnam news being active in all social media channels.
- To assist HR & Branding manager in designing and decorate office, showroom, facility, exhibition to ensure it aligns to Corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate to drive all the campaigns to build Nefab Vietnam as an Employer of choice.
- Lead all events related to career fair, job fair while partnering with whole team in making sure reaching & attracting to young talents.

3. Digital
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal/external communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, email and other channels.

4. Other duties and Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

EDUCATION
- Universtiy graduated, specialized in Business administration/ Marketing / HR or relevant majors.

EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar position in and MNC organizations.
- Proven experience and knowledge in HR projects, e.g.Company event, internal communication channels, employer branding…etc.

LANGUAGES
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Korean and/or Japanese speaking to be seen as a plus.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
- Proficiency to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint, google sheets, Canva, Photoshop, Social media, etc…
- Creative and logical thinking.
- Passion in sustainable and greenery issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- People oriented and result driven;
- Show strong sense of ownership;
- Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
- Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment.
