*Job Description
• Capability to understand and execute product development strategies, pricing strategies, and vendor strategies that meet business goals and achieve company’s Vision.
• Build and affecting excellent customer satisfaction and leading the market in terms of product quality from the implementation of the product development process to ensure the diversity and quality of products.
• Identify and implement pricing strategies and sales programs through products, pricing, product rewards, product images, display, identity, and customer experiences to improve Company products and services.
• Create criteria, and selection process, negotiate and develop relationships with strategic suppliers/vendors for leading brands.
• Stay on top industry’s new technology (product and component)
• Implement tenders for suppliers that meet the following criteria: capacity, product, price, quality, and development potential.
• Build a system and evaluate the performance of suppliers/vendors to continuously improve the quality of products that serve customers.
• Build strategies in order to optimize costs for the company and achieve financial goals.
• Work independently and/or with management team to source and develop new apparel and fabric suppliers in Vietnam region.
Support management team to grow business, expected to bring to the table positive inputs.
• Managing vendor partnerships, ensuring performance that supports the product development processes of the brands
• Effectively breaks down functional work plan into detailed work activities, ensures the team is fully aware of their respective roles & responsibilities
• Enhancing and advocating for vendors’ capabilities and use of new technologies, to drive innovation of process and product
• Communicating proactively with Buyers and factories that enables best in class on time samples, execution and delivery
• Communicating proactively with stakeholders, when there are development concerns raised – and provide solutions where possible, to rectify, whilst maintaining set calendar dates
• Collaboration with all ‘in country’ internal stakeholders across Production, Material Supply, Compliance, Responsible Sourcing, Product Stewardship, Logistics and Quality teams to ensure the Delivery of all set KPIs.
• Fostering and role modeling a culture of inclusion, candor and trust.
• Support, lead and train subordinates in the team, to ensure they create and drive their individual development plans – and develop a regular cadence of review.
• Challenge the status quo by adopting a creative and curious style that can drive continuous improvement

- Professional capacity
● Knowledge of apparel – with proven experience in development of garment product and managing a diverse product collection understanding. Having excellent knowledge of fashion, garment industry, Buyer/agent/Vendor in the garment industry market.
● Good business acumen and understanding of the competitive global business environment, as well as an awareness of economic, social and political trends that impact the organization’s global strategy.
● Highly aesthetic, catching up quickly with business trends, garment industry product trends
● Having supplier/vendor networks according to the company's business lines
● High-level communication and negotiation skills
● Analytical and market analysis abilities are required
● Ability to plan, organize and evaluate work performance
● Capability to analyze business indicators.
● Understanding of paper patterns creation and an understanding of digital product creation will be an advantage
- Leadership capacity
● Creative, charismatic, innovative, and possessing a breakthrough mindset in business, developing designs, and product quality.
● Proven leadership experience in managing multi-cultural teams and ability to influence stakeholders on a global level to advance business goals

● Business acumen, especially in the market, regularly updates market trends in the garment industry.

●University graduate in Textile related major
● Min 15-20 years and/or more working experience in garment with a foreign owned apparel product trading company, at least 8- 10 years at the same position
●Excellent in reading, writing, speaking, listening English
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, experience in AX is a plus
● Good recommendation or ref. from apparel industry companies required
● Good people skills, aggressive in personality, good time management discipline, honest and positive thinking required.
● Determination regarding Company goals, aspirations, and career
Salary Range: Negotiable USD per month
