Mô tả Công việc
- Calculate monthly timesheet, salary, bonus and salary increment in accordance with Company policy
- Make monthly Payroll report, costing reports and other statutory report for relevant authorities
- Register social, health and unemployment insurance contribution for new employees
- Manage employee's Social Insurance Books
- Make claims for social insurance benefits and follow up payment for employees
- Do PIT declaration and finalization for local employees and expatriates
- Flow and update employee database & documents
- Support HRM to review and set up policies related to C&B field
- Implement labor relation
- Handle People Ops benefits administration including self-insured, group life, medical insurance as well as expatriate, partner & directors benefits administration
- And other tasks assigned by managerYêu Cầu Công Việc
REQUIREMENT:
- University graduation (Human resources, Legal, Business Administration,..)
- Thorough knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, PIT Law and other related law
- At least 3 years in C&B Execution
- Priority will be given to candidates who work in manufacturing or international working environment from 200 employees
- Good English reading & writing
- Competent MS Office: excel, PP
- Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines.
- Highly self-disciplined, good sense of responsibilities
- Hard working, good communication, careful person
- Logic and analytical thinking, have an eye in detail
- Flexible capacity for workload, could work under pressure
