The sales staff is responsible for implementation and completion the assigned sales plan, receive, collect, analyst and solve all information from customer such as: new project, order, quality issue, claim and other issues related to sales department. Coordinate and work with relevant departments to assure daily jobs are done properly.​

1. Collect cost information for items and molds

- Collect cost info for items and molds, create quotes for new projects.

- Track mold status and amortization, update files monthly, inform stakeholders.

2. Receive PO from customer through email and upload it into Winline system, track forecast

- Receive and process customer POs, track forecasts.

- Confirm receipt, forward to production, ensure accuracy.

- Manage shipping details, inform customers of ETD and shipping methods.

- Coordinate with production for schedule adjustments, ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Color confirmation & MCS testing process

- Handle color confirmation and testing processes.

- Obtain customer confirmation on new colors before production.

- Update color status, inform customers of test results.

4. Track delivery, claim and customer service

- Coordinate shipments and handle claims efficiently.

- Manage replacements and communicate with customers on shipping details.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and collaborate on quality solutions.

5. Update internal report

- Update internal reports accurately and regularly.

- Maintain financial records and pricing lists consistently.

- Generate reports as requested by higher management.

* Working time: Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 16:30, Saturday: 8:00 - 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month
* Company Car for picking up staff from HCM / Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

* Education & Working Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

- 2 years of experience in a relevant position.

- Experience in similar roles within manufacturing industries such as footwear or plastics is highly valued.

*  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Ability to work under high pressure and independently.

- Good communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

- Proficient in computer use with MS Office programs.

- Strong English language skills in both written and verbal communication.
