• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain high culinary standards, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (HACCP).
• Design and update menus featuring authentic Mediterranean dishes.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.
• Monitor food preparation. Conduct regular tastings and adjust recipes as needed.
• Manage inventory, monitor food costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Interact with guests to take food orders, recommend special dishes, gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.

Yêu cầu công việc
• At least has 5 years kitchen experience in 5 Star Hotel at Sous-Chef de Cuisine level or a minimum of 2 years as Chef De Cuisine.
• Require culinary expertise and passion for Mediterranean cuisine.
• Strong in inter-personality, leadership, and creative skills.
• Good command of English and a good communicator.
