JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at NSC, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, with fixed working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Vietnam time).

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Hanoi. This role is crucial in identifying, attracting, and onboarding exceptional talent who align with NSC Software's values and contribute to our long-term success. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline and enhancing our employer brand.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), social media, and employee referrals.
• Design and update engaging job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect role requirements.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Plan and coordinate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview panels, and overseeing assessments.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout.
• Facilitate the offer process, including preparing offer letters and assisting with negotiation of terms and conditions.
• Support onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to promote NSC Software as an employer of choice.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Based in Ha Noi, Vietnam.
• IELTS Speaking score of at least 6.0.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Open to both fresh graduates with a strong passion for Talent Acquisition and experienced professionals in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software (or a strong willingness to learn).
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player.
