ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Accountant with a solid foundation in accounting to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge in practice, gain valuable experience, and further develop your professional skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily accounting operations: cash flow, banking, accounts payable/receivable, inventory management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify and reconcile accounting documents, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal company procedures.
• Assist in preparing periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and management reports as required.
• Manage invoices and documents related to the purchase and sale of goods and services.
• Record and monitor revenues, expenses, fixed assets, and tools/equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to accounting data.
• Stay updated on new accounting and tax regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or a related field.
• Less than 02 years of experience in a similar position. Fresh graduates or those awaiting their degrees are encouraged to apply.
• Basic English communication skills for reading documents and communication when necessary.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, Vietnamese accounting standards, and relevant tax regulations.
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
• Meticulous, careful, honest, and highly responsible in work.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in travel industry or with foreign-invested companies.
