- Develop and manage market research plans. Conduct research to identify new market trends, business opportunities and market segments.
- Use customer and competitive research and use it to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging.
- Plan and execute effective go-to-market strategies. Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Work with in-house teams (design, product, sales, customer success etc.), affiliates and country managers to implement strategies.
- Generate high-quality content for prospective and existing customers including community post, emails, webinar content, landing pages, youtube videos etc
- Implement customer attraction, customer activation and retention strategies to improve customer loyalty.
- Track and report business outcomes of data-driven insights, opportunities and market segments.
