- Make detailed plans for test teams, and manage team progress.
- Review test documents, manage the execution.
- Control and monitor test results to ensure project quality.
- Summary of issues arising during project implementation and recommendations for improvement, implementation of Scum and role as PM.
- Manage and develop team members.
- Defining and implementing tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of QA inside of the Product team
- Proficient in end-to-end testing, not only in delivering a polished user experience but also in keeping the important user flows and business logic in mind.
