GENERAL FUNCTIONS
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal reporting processes. This role ensures that the Company's financial health is sound and supports the Company's goals by providing accurate, timely, and actionable financial insights. The Finance Manager works closely with other departments and the Head of Finance and Actuarial to ensure compliance, optimize performance, and manage financial risks.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process; coordinate with all departments to ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Analyze actual performance against budget and forecasts; prepare variance reports and explain key drivers.
• Support long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
2. Management Reporting
• Prepare timely and accurate management reports, including monthly financial performance, key indicators, and ad hoc analysis as required.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and improve financial outcomes.
3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management
• Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operations and investments.
• Oversee banking relationships, fund transfers, and investment planning.
• Forecast cash needs and optimize cash utilization.
4. Cost Control & Efficiency
• Monitor operating expenses and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and improve cost-efficiency.
5. Internal Controls & Compliance
• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure internal controls are in place and adhered to.
• Support audits (internal and external), regulatory filings, and compliance with tax and financial regulations.
• Ensure financial practices are in line with company policies and local legal requirements.
6. Business Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with business units to evaluate the financial impact of key decisions, projects, and initiatives.
• Provide financial support for pricing strategies, vendor negotiations, and investment proposals.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) is a strong advantage.
• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in big-4 audit firms or insurance companies.
• Solid knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with Sun Accounting is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in English (written and verbal).Thưởng
