Main responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Finance and Accounting Manager, the Accountant is for upholding an area of complete confidentiality and professionalism.

This position is responsible for the daily accounting processes, internal accounting controls, monthly and annual financial reporting, controlling reporting and external audits

For Account Payable (AP) Activities

• Daily check details data of goods and services purchased

• Manage accounts payable and receivable for suppliers to optimize profit management efficiency on a daily basis

• Review and verify payments against supporting documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Conduct account reconciliation upon request across various accounts

• Process payments to suppliers based on agreed terms, checking details of payment;

• Monitor and address any discrepancies in system data

• Propose and implement improvements within the accounting department to improve operational efficiency.

For Asset Management

• Maintain accurate records and oversee management of the company's assets

• Participate in periodic asset inventories and report any discrepancies observed

• Foster collaboration with technical and maintenance departments to facilitate timely maintenance and upkeep of assets

• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding asset management and recording

• Conduct thorough inventory checks and exercise proper control measures

• Coordinate with other departments to check and control all company assets effectively.

Others

• Coordinate and assist in the auditing process

• Assist the Finance and Accountant Manager in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures; provide timely information and reports as required

• Provide feedback and actively contribute to enhancing asset management and accounts payable procedures

• Any other tasks assigned by the Finance and Accounting Manager.

Main responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive is entails overseeing daily operations, coordinating social media content, analyzing data, implementing marketing strategies. In details

• Develop and manage page/channel daily operations, including themes/skin/layout changes as needed

• Be in charge of social media platforms for content planning and execution.

• Coordinate with the creative team and planner to strategize social media campaigns.

• Work with relevant teams to collect, analyze, and report insights on content performance and audience growth.

• Analyze marketing programs and adjust tactics based on statistical data, including articles, interviews, and presentations.

• Engage actively in various social media activities.

• Understand popular social networks, including their design, functionality, and user demographics.

• Provide analysis and reports following events, and deliver regular updates on marketing programs to the Line Manager on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Collaborate effectively with other managers to coordinate activities such as events and promotions.

• Implement and monitor marketing strategies both short-term and long-term

• Assist with additional tasks as delegated by the direct manager.

• A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications/Marketing/Business Studies or a related field.

• From 2 years of experience of relavant working experience in Marketing field.

• Good communication in English.

• Energetic, creative, proactive, and reliable in professional tasks.

• Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.

•Experience in a Casino/E-gaming Club/luxury Hospitality services with a commitment to exceptional customer service will be a definite plus.
