- Build and continuously update product quality management system

- Work directly with customers on technical requirements and product quality standards, and coordinate with internal functions to determine quality characteristics according to order requirements.

- Planning and methods for product quality control.

- Perform Receiving Inspection, In-Process inspection of parts being manufactured or assembled, First article inspection of newly designed or revised products to meet and conform with customers’ specifications

- Conferring with vendors and customers regarding inspection results and inspection data, and comparing findings with specifications to ensure conformance to standards

- Coordinate with the purchasing department to check the quality of input materials

- Verify drawing specifications and check technical standards

- Assures product quality through maintenance of a quality system by the quality regulations and customer requirements

- Provide solutions to prevent and respond to non-conformance to established standards.

- Performing a quick visual inspection, testing, measuring, analyzing products, and recording pass/fail grades of products for management review.

- Ensuring the QMS policies and procedures are maintained and developed in accordance with customer requirements and AS9100

- Provide guidance to Engineering and Program Management during design and specification requirements to best utilize quality processes and techniques

- Work with Program Managers, Engineering and Manufacturing/Operations to ensure customer requirements and specifications are flowed down to products

- Assist in planning and scheduling production and quality projects to ensure execution and delivery of products and services as required.

- Must be able to work overtime and weekends if required

- Propose the purchase of measuring equipment and product quality control. Monitor periodic inspection of measuring equipment. Manage and maintain measuring equipment.

- Manage the quality department staff, including QC.

- Establish and manage quality department operating budget

- Report results periodically and suddenly and propose solutions to improve the quality system.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Must have experience in Aerospace CNC manufacturing environment, AS9100

- Blueprint reading, engineering drawings and process specifications interpretation skills are strongly preferred 

- Ability to use precision measuring instruments and calibrations

- Effective time management skills

- Effective time management skills

- Working knowledge of Quality Assurance, metrology principles and proficiency in NADCAP, ISO and AS9100
